TERMS.
This page describes, factually, how Routehunters and RH Connect currently work. It is a draft pending legal review and does not yet state a governing jurisdiction, liability terms or a formal contact address — those must be added before this page is treated as final.
THE SERVICE
Routehunters publishes editorial content (Routes, Episodes, RH Logs), and RH Connect is a companion mobile app for Hunters. A separate Vendor app lets approved Vendors manage their own listings. Subscribing as an Early Hunter or Vendor registers your interest only — it does not create an account or any entitlement by itself.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide an accurate email address.
PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
Premium Hunter membership is an optional, one-time annual prepayment processed by Stripe. It does not renew automatically. Membership entitlement is only granted after Stripe confirms payment — no other action grants Premium status.
VENDOR PARTICIPATION
Vendor participation, listing approval and any benefits offered at a Habitat are subject to review and approval by Routehunters. Submitting a Vendor subscription or application does not itself approve or activate a listing.
CONTENT
Routehunters editorial content (Routes, Episodes, RH Logs) is provided for informational purposes. Route conditions can change; always drive according to actual road conditions and applicable law.
PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
The following are intentionally not stated here yet, and must be completed before these terms are final: the legal entity operating Routehunters and its registered address; the governing jurisdiction; limitation of liability; termination conditions; and a contact address or email for legal notices.
