ROUTEHUNTERS / PRIVACY POLICY
PRIVACY POLICY.
This page describes, factually, what Routehunters collects and how it is used today. It is a draft pending legal review and does not yet state a governing jurisdiction, company registration details or a formal contact address — those must be added before this page is treated as final.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Early Hunter / Vendor interest: only the email address you submit through the subscribe forms on this website.
- Hunter and Vendor accounts: if you create an account (on the website or in the RH Connect / Vendor mobile apps), we collect your email address and, if you choose to add them, a display name, username, avatar, phone number and date of birth as part of your profile.
- Membership: if you become a Premium Hunter, payment is processed by Stripe. Routehunters does not receive or store your card number, CVV or full payment details.
- Session data: a cookie is used to keep you signed in to your account.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT OR STORE
- We do not store your password in plain text — authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider (Supabase), which stores only a securely hashed credential.
- We do not store payment card details.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your email is used to contact you about the Early Hunter or Vendor programme you subscribed to, or to operate your account (sign-in, password recovery, and account-related notices). Profile information you add is used to personalise your experience in the RH Connect and Vendor apps.
YOUR CHOICES
You can request that your account or subscription be removed by contacting us. You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings.
PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
The following are intentionally not stated here yet, and must be completed before this policy is final: the legal entity operating Routehunters and its registered address; the jurisdiction and data-protection framework this policy is governed by; a contact address or email for privacy requests; and data-retention periods.
